A member who breaches the provisions of this Code shall be dealt with as may be determined by the Disciplinary Committee provided for under the Constitution of KAPEA.

There shall be established a Disciplinary Committee by the members as a sub-Committee of the Executive Committee.

The disciplinary procedures and actions shall be in accordance with rules and regulations developed by the Disciplinary Committee, endorsed by the Executive Committee and adopted by the members.
